Pros

Great variety of procedures and excellent opportunities for learning and expanding knowledge. Easy hospital to navigate through. Very clean and adheres to federal, state, and hospital standards.

Cons

Communication with floor nurses could be challenging. Cafeteria only stays open until 2 pm.

Pros

Small staff, everyone I work with is like family. My leadership has kept their promises and compensated me well for having a flexible schedule.

Cons

staffing limitations: means that working in more than one unit is common for nursing who want over time. It's not really a con because it's beyond the contract minimum.
