Pros

Very good Benefits Easy to earn PTO Supportive Supervisors and Managers You gain a lot of experience VERY quickly

Cons

Employees do not get paid enough for the amount of work they do Case loads are chronically high and this does not seem like it will change or improve KPIs are very hard to reach, even when working at one's full capacity CEO constantly sends out tone deaf emails Supervisors will constantly try to give you more work than you can handle and try to talk you out of feeling overworked/burnt-out Lack of LGBTQ+ programming, despite employee attempts to create said programming There are clear "favorites" in the company who get treated better and more favorably than others, despite others working just as hard as they are. CEO constantly complains about people leaving the company for work in private practice, but does little to make the company a desirable place to remain working. Agency has majorly gone downhill since the merger between Easterseals and MORC Never enough case managers or therapist to meet the needs of clients Very high employee turn over Very high burn out rate

Pros

Safe and supportive environment. Our leadership is always available in any department to support staff. Lots of room for growth, opportunities to learn new EBP, loan forgiveness, and then to develop and implement new ideas. Really appreciate how creative we can be with our teams to come up with solutions for challenges individuals face in the community, and how everyone works together to support. Strong support in work life balance too.

Cons

Can't keep up with staffing, a lot of intakes and not enough clinicians leading to burn out and turn over
