We offer market competitive pay, annual increases every fiscal year, quarterly KPI bonuses, as well as retention and holiday bonuses when applicable. This demonstrates a commitment to recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions. We also provide our employees with flexibility in both schedules (e.g., hours per week, hours per day, days per week) and working remotely (e.g., our on-site/remote requirements are FTE-dependent and are the same for all medical staff--whether physicians, NPs or PAs). Easterseals MORC has also been the recipient of the “101 Best and Brightest" award for 23 years for Metro Detroit as well as West Michigan.
