      Pros

      I’ve worked in places where people talk down to you. Not here. Management treats us like professionals. The team respects each other and we get the job done. My supervisor is always around to lend a hand when things get heavy. The benefits are good and pay is fair. I’ve been here three years and have no plans of leaving.

      - The workload is steady. - The sales process is easy to follow. - Expectations are clear and quite reasonable. - Training designed to provide both knowledge and confidence - Excellent opportunity for people new to sales

      Pros

      There are ZERO benefits to working for Ecampus over other companies. Even working at a 7/11 would do more for your career than settling here.

      Cons

      Employees are crushed under relentless pressure to meet impossible expectations but receive no support, incentive, or motivation. You are basically signing up to be an overworked servant if you decide to work here!
