Pros

I cannot think of any good reason to work at this company.

Cons

None of the decisions made by this company make sense. The executive team does not care about the employees and the few perks that we had like monthly parties and holiday events have stopped within the past year so that they can save a few dollars. Morale is at an all time low and no one cares. The CEO is only looking to get the cheapest possible labor and all decisions are made with that in mind. They are doing a rebrand that is more confusing than the original branding. Everything they do makes no sense.

I am sorry you feel this way. I can ensure you that we have not stopped any parties or company events. We had a big 20th anniversary celebration and will be having our Christmas lunch in December. I can ensure you that our CEO and the other executives care very much about all the employees. If you have specific concerns, I wish you would stop HR to discuss. thank you

Pros

The core selection of products is solid when they are actually stocked properly.

Cons

-The real issue is that people were pushed into management with no real understanding of how to lead. -Managers are making operational decisions with no prior experience training others or handling responsibility at this level, and it shows in every choice. -Decisions seem to come from guesswork or favoritism, while staff doing the actual work deal with the consequences. -The chain of command is completely unclear because directions are constantly changed or contradicted by different managers within the same day. -The entire store operates in a constant state of uncertainty since no one can trust that instructions given today will still apply tomorrow, making it extremely difficult to function effectively.
