      Pros

      Most of the employees are allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Benefits are only given to full time employees, and you have to wait for the management to decide on that. Every new employee is on probationary period and is renewable for a long as they want. It doesn't state when you're eligible to be a full time employee to get all the benefits.

      - The workload is steady. - The sales process is easy to follow. - Expectations are clear and quite reasonable. - Training designed to provide both knowledge and confidence - Excellent opportunity for people new to sales

      Pros

      There are ZERO benefits to working for Ecampus over other companies. Even working at a 7/11 would do more for your career than settling here.

      Cons

      Employees are crushed under relentless pressure to meet impossible expectations but receive no support, incentive, or motivation. You are basically signing up to be an overworked servant if you decide to work here!
