      Pros

      Your travel and food was reimbursed.

      Cons

      There is a toxic work culture. Management doesn't care about turnover, they only care about having bodies to do the work. They expect you to work overtime and don't compensate you for it. Former boss said she expected to see us on email after hours. There is no real growth in this company.

      - The workload is steady. - The sales process is easy to follow. - Expectations are clear and quite reasonable. - Training designed to provide both knowledge and confidence - Excellent opportunity for people new to sales

      Pros

      There are ZERO benefits to working for Ecampus over other companies. Even working at a 7/11 would do more for your career than settling here.

      Cons

      Employees are crushed under relentless pressure to meet impossible expectations but receive no support, incentive, or motivation. You are basically signing up to be an overworked servant if you decide to work here!
