Working from home makes you safer in times of the pandemic.
Cons
Remote work also comes with its negative side. You'll be managing everything on your own, issues are all on you and you get little to no support. You oversee all accounts and no one will be there to assist you.

I am sorry you didn't feel like you had any support. Managers all try to be there for their employees. I wish you had reached out to someone either your supervisor or their manager or HR. We would have had someone help you.
- The workload is steady.
- The sales process is easy to follow.
- Expectations are clear and quite reasonable.
- Training designed to provide both knowledge and confidence
- Excellent opportunity for people new to sales
The core selection of products is solid when they are actually stocked properly.
Cons
-The real issue is that people were pushed into management with no real understanding of how to lead.
-Managers are making operational decisions with no prior experience training others or handling responsibility at this level, and it shows in every choice.
-Decisions seem to come from guesswork or favoritism, while staff doing the actual work deal with the consequences.
-The chain of command is completely unclear because directions are constantly changed or contradicted by different managers within the same day.
-The entire store operates in a constant state of uncertainty since no one can trust that instructions given today will still apply tomorrow, making it extremely difficult to function effectively.
