Pros

I have nothing but positive memories of my time spent with my former co-workers here. They were a tight-knit group who welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like part of the family.

Cons

The CEO's way of leading the company was really disappointing. He encouraged employees to compete against each other, which made the work environment tense and not very friendly. It seemed like he didn't understand how his actions affected us, and he didn't care about the stress it caused. Instead of helping us work together and support each other, he made us constantly try to out perform each other, which made us feel unhappy and defeated. On top of that, when we needed help or advice, the CEO wasn't supportive and didn't care about our concerns. This made us even more frustrated and isolated. The toxic culture he created hurt our productivity and overall happiness at work. Honestly, it's an experience I'd rather not remember.

Pros

The core selection of products is solid when they are actually stocked properly.

Cons

-The real issue is that people were pushed into management with no real understanding of how to lead. -Managers are making operational decisions with no prior experience training others or handling responsibility at this level, and it shows in every choice. -Decisions seem to come from guesswork or favoritism, while staff doing the actual work deal with the consequences. -The chain of command is completely unclear because directions are constantly changed or contradicted by different managers within the same day. -The entire store operates in a constant state of uncertainty since no one can trust that instructions given today will still apply tomorrow, making it extremely difficult to function effectively.
