Pros

Easy hiring process Nice work atmosphere fast paced, but fun ability to learn more about customer service field Easy going supervisors/managers

Cons

They only hire you as a temporary employee because they would rather continuously hire and train new people during busy seasons that keep an employee part time/seasonal because offering benefits is something they do not want to do. Even employees who have been there for years do not get benefits because they are considered part time employees even though they work 40 hour work weeks during busy seasons (which is 25-50% of the year). After busy season is over they fire temporary employees, and tell them they will possibly call them next season, but to no avail. They simply continue to hire new employees, which is a pain because they have to be trained. It would be much easier to call/accept temp. employees from the past.

Pros

There are ZERO benefits to working for Ecampus over other companies. Even working at a 7/11 would do more for your career than settling here.

Cons

Employees are crushed under relentless pressure to meet impossible expectations but receive no support, incentive, or motivation. You are basically signing up to be an overworked servant if you decide to work here!
