I’m disappointed that you feel that you don’t have a career plan. We have tools available to assist with performance management, career mapping and individual development plans. I would suggest that you to set up some time to speak with your manager to discuss your goals and career aspirations. Colleague development is very important to Edgewell, and I want to ensure that all colleagues advance and grow in their roles with us.
