Thanks for the review! We are happy to have you with us, and I’m pleased to hear that you are enjoying our work/life balance policies and the office perks in Shelton. As the VP of HR, I’m also very pleased that your manager is supporting your development, as most of our great leaders do. Colleague development is a component of our long-term strategy and will be a big part of our success moving forward! It’s unfortunate that you are not happy with your compensation. Much of our feedback has been that our compensation offerings are better than, or at least in-line with, competing companies - so I am somewhat surprised to hear this. I would encourage you to have an open discussion with your manager if you continue to believe that you are undervalued. We are continuously monitoring the external environment and peer companies to ensure that our compensation and benefits practices keep pace with market. In 2017, we made improvements to our US benefit offerings based on direct colleague feedback.
