The worst employer I've ever had - Server Administrator Edgewell Personal Care Employee Review

Management does not lead as in they have no leadership skills. They lead by fear and intimidation. My direct manager was very difficult for anyone to get along with. You never knew what you were going to get from day to day. Everything is always someone else's fault. There's no ownership. Too much change too quickly with no clear path or direction or even who is responsible for what. Outsourced teams get a lot of blame for what is really management's lack of leadership or understanding of how technology works or what they are responsible for. I've watched my former direct manager blame whomever he could, a vendor, a former employee, anyone, rather than take responsibility for his own mistakes, misjudgments, and incompetence. Plans, targets, and goals are nonexistent. Work/life balance is nonexistent.
