Thank you for your feedback, and also for being with us for so many years! I’m happy that you enjoy our flextime policy and casual office atmosphere, but am truly disappointed in our ability to engage you in other aspects. As a long-term colleague, you have been through a great deal of change with us – from Energizer reorgs to the split and creation of Edgewell – and I can understand your feelings. As a new organization, we have collected an enormous amount of colleague feedback through engagement surveys and focus groups, and are actively trying to “right any wrongs” that may exist in our culture. We have implemented strategies, following the engagement survey, that have helped to improve focus, morale, leader visibility and communication. It is my hope that you have noticed these positive changes and that your opinion is improving on these topics.
