Pros
Great people to work with and no 'noticeable heirarchy' around the office so you can talk to anyone which is brilliant. Flexible working hours are epic- helps with the work life balance and commuting. Being a leaner company there's lots of room for role development and individual development which the company is more than happy to support with. Exciting brands to work with! There are lots of great initiatives in place too like social events, Christmas parties, fully stocked kitchen every week, dress down on Fridays & a number of Friday half day passes.
Cons
Scheduling can be a little crazy but this is worked on by having core meeting days. Being a lean structure your role can be quite varied but I think this is a pro for development- depends on personal preference really.
