Pros
Great place for retirement, family care and doing nothing while earning more than 1m base salary and fat bonus (if you can) Less politics as people don't work with each other Highly tolerant to doing nothing or poor performance
Cons
1. Chaotic organisational structure: all functions are on different pages, doing their own stuff without collaboration or interaction. Low working efficiency. They simply let 1 person to do 2 or 3 people's job 2. Clueless leaders: have to go to management consultancy to understand the problem of the business model or reasons for losing money. Will you trust a leader / leaders like this? Project fuel, the restructuring project, excludes the leadership team in the first place, suggesting that they are not reflecting on themselves but rather blaming on the market, consumers and the lower level employees. Every factor counts. 3. Not growing people: whenever there is vacancy, simply finding external people to replace rather than promoting existing employees. Of course, unless whoever joins value satisfaction and achievement with limited resources more than feeding their own family and career growth, this will be best place for you. 4. Leaders egocentricity: while paying the leadership team huge bonus when there is profit, never improve the compensation of lower level employees just because no one wants to take responsibility and extra duty. Does not improve IT infrastructure, network speed, just let it be for the same reason: no resources and avoidance of extra duties. Take more than half a year to replace a functional equipment necessary for daily operation.
