There was a time where leadership seemed to put the company's people first, but in the last two years it has been a downward spiral. There is a good handful of people who are great people, but as the company continues to cost cut, all the good people are leaving.

New leadership likes to see their name in the headlines or market trend blogs more than taking care of their people. Benefits are below average.
