Pros

Edgewell has an excellent working culture and all employees truly professionally live up to the company's values.

Cons

its just a brilliant workplace, so nothing comes to mind as such! Perhaps slightly better pay compensation in light with recent inflation spike and better employee retention speak (pushing the current (approx) 4-5 years to perhaps 10-15 years?

Lots of change due to reorg last summer and lots of growing pains and staff shortages (that the team is trying to solve). Unclear growth opps
