Edgewell is a great place to work. The culture is one that provides great partnership and collaboration. The company has great brands and a ton of potential. There is a genuine sense that employees want to help other employees to advance the company.
Cons
The senior leaders could be more visible-more communication, more present in meetings and visiting other locations. Employees like to see the senior leaders interacting with employees and not just other senior leaders.
