Pros

If you're in the CT area there aren't many options. EPC pays relatively well, colleagues and work/life balance is generally good.

Cons

Senior leadership is very old fashioned, fearful of change, not very approachable and mostly seem to be hanging-on for a big pay day. New ideas tend to be dismissed or derided and years of short term thinking means that the US business in poor health. Consistently poor numbers inevitably have a knock-on effect on career options and the types of project that you can work with. Working at EPC is unlikely to build your resume or provide the opportunity to do 'great work'.

Pros

Company is good with the communication, and they genuinely care about the people.

Cons

Many plants within the organization lack structure and the management was not proactive to retain the experienced staff which creates delays in the projects.
