I worked full time for 3 years, then part time for a year. So clearly there are options for people who want to work full time OR part time, depending on the position. This is a very professional organization. Performance expectations are high, as they should be in a company whose business is compliance. The leadership focuses on delivering excellence in a team environment. The business is compliance, so high standards must be upheld. The work is challenging and everyone works together to grow in knowledge and expertise. The environment is friendly and everyone is very supportive. Leadership is kind and compassionate - truly caring about the employees as members of a family.
Cons
There is no such thing as a perfect place to work, just like there is no such thing as a perfect family or perfect sports team or perfect church. So EdiPhy Advisors / MedManagement is not perfect. But people are constantly looking for ways to improve in this organization.
