Pros

Location is away from downtown. Good benefits including health and dental insurance. Free parking. Decent pay. Can't think of anything else to say to meet the 20 word minimum for this description.

Cons

Lawyers trying to run a business in the medical industry. Required to dress like you work in an attorney's office even though you just sit in a cubical and talk to very few people during the work day. Environment not conducive for personal (or professional) growth.

Pros

Christmas bonus, and medical insurance premiums are affordable (decent BC of AL insurance)

Cons

Raises are never timely (no retro pay either), ZERO communication, top heavy, not enough workers for the many many projects that the owner takes on, overworked employees, micromanagement to say the least

Pros

This company has a large core group of loyal, long term employees that is refreshing and unusual in this day and age. Still there are always opportunities for new talented team members. I personally love working in an environment that customizes their solutions to the client. It's always rewarding and never boring. The clinical staff are at the top of their game, supported by terrific administrative, technical and editorial teammates. Lots of fun working with this impressive group.
