They all have an open door policy and makes themselves available to all employees. MedManagement recognizes employees hard work. Overall, MedManagement is one of the best company where I have worked.

I worked full time for 3 years, then part time for a year. So clearly there are options for people who want to work full time OR part time, depending on the position. This is a very professional organization. Performance expectations are high, as they should be in a company whose business is compliance. The leadership focuses on delivering excellence in a team environment. The business is compliance, so high standards must be upheld. The work is challenging and everyone works together to grow in knowledge and expertise. The environment is friendly and everyone is very supportive. Leadership is kind and compassionate - truly caring about the employees as members of a family.
