Pros
Wonderful place to work - co-workers are caring, friendly and helpful. Management and owners are compassionate, flexible and kind. Flexible schedules are available. Management is willing (and able) to allow creativity and learning opportunities. Location is amazing-beautiful, convenient to wonderful neighborhoods, great food and interstate access for those who wish to live out of the city area.
Cons
Because the company is smaller, the opportunities for improvement are more lateral and/or by way of more flexible schedules, etc and less of a straight line upward. Opportunities to learn new skills are always available by nature of the industry and the company's adaption to changes in the industry, however.
