Pros

Christmas bonus, and medical insurance premiums are affordable (decent BC of AL insurance)

Cons

Raises are never timely (no retro pay either), ZERO communication, top heavy, not enough workers for the many many projects that the owner takes on, overworked employees, micromanagement to say the least

EdiPhy Advisors was an excellent place to work. The work environment was like one big family. The CEO had an open door policy and was always compassionate to the needs of employees.
