Location is away from downtown. Good benefits including health and dental insurance. Free parking. Decent pay. Can't think of anything else to say to meet the 20 word minimum for this description.

Cons

Lawyers trying to run a business in the medical industry. Required to dress like you work in an attorney's office even though you just sit in a cubical and talk to very few people during the work day. Environment not conducive for personal (or professional) growth.
