Pros
I've never worked with a company that has so many long standing employees prior to MedManagement. In my experience this is due to everyone's willingness to share that collective knowledge with new employees, and a genuine sense that everyone works together to tackle any new challenge we face. Management is well informed, fair, and approachable. They're also flexible on hours - since they're open nearly 24/7, there's a lot of potential for anyone looking to work nights, weekends, or even just afternoons or mornings in some cases. The location is pretty great too, just off 459 at Liberty Park, in a nice building with keycard access and security.
Cons
It's not a huge company, so it's not a place you can sit back and skate by - they expect you to perform and constantly be learning. New clients are coming in frequently, so it can be pretty fast paced. On the bright side that gives me motivation to stand out and work my way up.
