Understaffed, underpaid, unappreciated - Anonymous employee Element Materials Technology Employee Review

Where to start? Ever since the buyout of Exova Element has went completely downhill. I guess that’s what happens when you buy a failing competitor and take on their rules and regulations. Staff are extremely unhappy and morale is at an all time low. More than half of the workforce are actively looking for a new job. Staff are loaded with responsibilities that were not in their job description with no mention of a pay rise or bonus. The bonus scheme is worked in a way that no one will ever receive this in the current market! I would not recommend working here to anyone it’s the equivalent of a sweat shop
