Pros
You will be ok if you have a good work ethic and work overtime whenever they tell you. You can't be opinionated or appear to know more than top management.
Cons
Backstabbing culture by upper management. There's an arrogance to where they will derail your meeting or agenda to hear themselves talk. New management is from an extreme cost cutting culture. They are more than likely driven by greed to make their bonus check fatter. Old management of the department I was in is an arrogant old boys club from Europe. They do not know how to implement manufacturing cells but are very cocky about their approach from a brand in Europe. If they do not like you they will backstab you like in the movie Mean Girls and cut you in two months.
