Amazing colleagues, good communication, flexible time off, good pay

There are none that come to mind

Loads of learning and best of industry engineering, this is a great company if you are fresh out of college and want to gain a LOT of experience in almost every engineering system and test environment out there. Fridays are half days, great people to work with, everyone is always willing to help, mamager know what they are doing, id go as far as to say they are the best in the industry.

Very demanding in terms of knoledge, lack of management accountability, work hours are from 7:20 to 4:30, usually very long commute, very low yearly pay increase, very mediocre quarterly bonus. Terrible place to climb
