Pros
-Great stepping stone to pad your resume. -Quick but limited advancement oportunity due to incredibly high turn over rate. -the middle management team is good, they help to the capacity they are capable of considering their work loads. -the general floor staff/technicians are a good group of people who do their best to learn and develope in a chaotic and disorganized facility.
Cons
-high turn over rate. -General Manager openly disrespects Engineers and other degreed personnel, does not value employees with furthered education. -General Manager does not value his people. Does not teach or develope his personnel, current middle leadership is self taught and inefficient due to this issue. -no time is given to properly train the staff, training tossed aside to push for 50 hr work weeks to maximize production followed by unhappy lectures about how training isnt happening. -work life balance is atrocious -General Manager will openly lie to employees about an opportunity to deligate his tasks. -Nepotism, the Planning Manager is married to the General Manager and faces no accountability for neglected or incorrectly done tasks. -Great place to work if you want to occupy multiple organizational positions for the pay of 1 role. -No loyalty from leadership to the higher producing and core role employees with in the lab. -No notes of positivity for jobs well done, you only know when you did something wrong. -"you should just be happy youre employed" direct quote when asked for opportunities to work toward.
