Pros

The company truly stands out for its culture of care, supportive management, and amazing people experience team. Returning here feels special, as I’ve seen the organization evolve and grow from its early days through remarkable expansion and acquisitions.

Cons

Although the pay structure is competitive, increments are often delayed without arrears and don’t always correspond to the level of effort or performance demonstrated.

Thank you! A review like this, from a returning leader with eight-plus years of perspective, is among the most valuable feedback we can receive. You've seen Elevate through its early days, its expansion, and its acquisitions, and the fact that our culture of care and People Experience team remain standout strengths through all that change is something we're proud of. Culture that survives rapid growth is hard-won. We hear your point on increments and the need for closer alignment between reward and performance. This is honest, constructive feedback, and it's something we're actively looking at. Thank you for continuing to help us grow.

Pros

Elevate has been in business for 15 years and awarded Best Place To Work. Elevate values diversity in all respects and listens to our colleagues in ensuring we create a great culture and provide top quality support to our customers. When there are issues, we are able to resolve them. I love working here.

Cons

As the company grows, it becomes harder to stay connected with global colleagues. We just need to be more intentional to find time and ways to stay connected.

Pros

You get some paid holidays off

Cons

Run far away. These people pay incredibly below market value. Believe in yourself. You can do better. There is a major disconnect between Elevate and the employer - and the employee gets the bad end of the deal every time. I have never worked someone with more unprofessional people who don’t take any accountability for their actions and promises. I didn’t get paid and was told “oh well we will get you the next pay period, 2 weeks later.” They don’t care about the worker bee. That is evident by the super low wages they pay. Someone with a law degree getting paid less than Kylie Jenner’s maid is pathetic.
