      Pros

      I have been promoted to Level 2 this year, and I’m really grateful for the opportunity. It’s a great company to work for, offering a wonderful platform to learn and develop new skills. Being part of an EdTech organization is truly an honor. The work culture is supportive, and growth opportunities are rewarding. I hope the company continues to achieve many more milestones in the future.

      Cons

      Sometimes work can get a bit hectic during peak periods. Some tasks can be repetitive at times, but they help in building consistency.

      Based in India and operated according to Indian corporate norms. That should be enough to drive anyone away. It's an absolute farce of a company. They want to pay minuscule amounts of money for high-quality curriculum. The curriculum writer is, effectively, an instructional designer with full teaching qualifications and teaching experience (often in multiple states), but the pay is absolute garbage. The systems are also incredibly confusing because no one seems to want to pay for a workable, user-friendly interface.
