Two years and looking forward to more - Anonymous employee Elevate K-12 Employee Review

The culture at Elevate K-12 is by far one of it's greatest assets. The company seeks to hire "the best", of course, but they also have to be high performers, collaborative and want to be a team player. This is a huge difference to the other companies I have worked in. You have to be very open minded and be able to take feedback effectively and learn and grow here. Constant learning, adaptiveness and growth is very big at Elevate K-12. This environment is good for some but not good for many. As the company is growing we are seeing the focus on scaling with quality rather than growth at any cost. This is refreshing. The leadership wants to empower performers and make them leaders.
