      Pros

      High horsepower, high speed, collaborative culture. The company embodies a true focus on women in leadership and opportunities for women whether employees or online teachers. I love the focus on instruction quality and student engagement. Culture is probably the strongest here. Leadership can be tough but it is needed. The collaboration between the Mumbai and Chicago office is great. It does feel like it is one team.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work long hours. This is not a 9 to 5. It took me time to adjust to it and I am still working on it. CEO works on weekends and that may get challenging at times for some.

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
