      Elevate K-12 genuinely encourages collaboration without ego. Managers are always willing to help and provide feedback, above and beyond work related issues.

      Cons

      With high growth comes quite a lot of workload, but that is expected.

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
