Great idea. Needs better execution. - Tier II Elevate K-12 Employee Review

The proprietary platform is very limited and frustrating. It needs a complete overhaul to be useful. The instructors are really critiqued on how the "tools' are being used- but they're counter-intuitive and poorly thought out. There needs to be an audit of the instructors to see what is needed in the platform and then make that happen. It's the entire basis of the program and yet it is clunky and actually works against what you're trying to do.
