Pros

The employees here are fantastic! Everyone is pretty much friends, and they do many outings together. The environment was truly what kept me there. They also like to move people us pretty quickly if they see you doing well. It is cold calling all day, but not a horrible amount and its usually nice people you are reaching out to. You have constant communication with management but not to the point where they are micro-managing. Everyone in the company was always willing to jump on a call and help you with anything. They also have great employee trips often. Lastly, you can really decide your hours, all they cared about was you hitting your numbers not necessarily you working 9-5 (flexible hours).

Cons

The pay gap between employees is significant, and there doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason about it. Also, everyone is sent a daily sheet of what everyone did (made it somewhat a competition and also if you had a bad day everyone knew about it). It was based on the person with the most activity, so even if you hit all your numbers, compared to them you would be in the yellow not green.
