      - Work from home/hybrid flexibility - Good pay

      Cons

      - Lack of leadership - Unwillingness to change/improve processes even though they advertise as a fast changing start up - CEO doesn't care about employees but asks them to commit to the company as more than a job - Toxic teams and work culture, no communication across teams and people are mean to each other - High turnover with employees - Technology is horrible for a tech company

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
