      There are a lot of great people who work there.

      Cons

      Terrible culture, CEO, product is not good, promises great teachers but implementation is a mess. Kids are not learning like the mission promises.

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
