Pros

-Remote -Most employees tended to be thoughtful if they weren't with the home office.

Cons

- Leadership treats teachers, subs, and other entry level people terribly. They ghosted me after promising continued employment. - They tech looks like something from 2012 and it's outsourced to an Indian IT firm. It might have improved but it constantly crashed when I worked there. - Didn't think it was possible but the curriculum is actually worse than what public schools teach.

Teachers are consistently top of mind at Elevate K-12. Improving the teacher experience has been the catalyst for many recent technology advancements we’ve made in the last 6 months. We’re sorry that you felt your experience teaching with Elevate was negative, but we’re confident in the changes we’ve made to support teachers and their classrooms this school year.
