Pros

An incredible mission. “The best of the best” sales leaders and reps. A hyper growth company where opportunities are endless.

Cons

Hyper growth companies are not for everyone. But it was exactly what I wanted and knew what I was signing up for. I am challenged daily to improve my skills, work collaboratively with my team, and embrace a growth mindset to scale. The reward for handling the complexities of this industry and environment has lead to me accomplishing so many of my personal and professional goals. And there’s so much more that we are capable. That exited me each and every day. But, now that you know what’s possible (changing the world and making a lot of money a long the way), let me tell you what’s required. You will not have perfect processes. You will face adversity. You will feel like things are moving a million miles per hour. You will be frustrated. But the upside for making it through these moments are incredibly fulfilling. Since we have been scaling so quickly, what got us from point A to point B will not get us to point C. And we’re in the road to point Z. That means things break, things get analyzed, things get fixed… and then they may break again. But that’s what it takes to be successful in this industry. There’s no exact playbook to success in this industry. For anyone considering joining this company, really reflect on whether or not this type of environment is for you.
