Lack of transparency from leadership, who will probably find a way to take this down because that is unfortunately how things run here.
The performance review and promotion process is the most arbitrary, asinine thing you will ever experience.
Leadership hammers you over the head with company values that they don't uphold themselves. "Ground yourself in the data" is one of these. When they create quotas or set the price of the product, it leaves you wondering if they have ever seen a data point in their lives.
The most tenured reps at this company would say all of these things. Do not fall for OTE. 1.5 years, about 45 reps rotating in and out, and I think one person hit new business quota. I would recommend bringing this up in an interview. While you're writing down potential questions, ask yourself if you want to be at a sales org that went through three (3) CROs in a calendar year.
If you are looking to grow your career and your earning potential, this would be the absolute last place you should look.
To justify the countless operational inefficiencies and workflows, they will tell you that "we're building the plane as it's taking off"...grab a parachute.
I have never written a Glassdoor review before, but I felt compelled to because I know how this company operates. You can be sure that they will be cycling through their next batch of reps before you know it. Do not be part of that group ;).
