Pros

-Good pay -Cool office -Great mission and impact -So many great colleagues -Good work life balance

Cons

Where do I begin? I worked at elevate for multiple years and there was ZERO plan for employee development and growth. The route to promotion was never clear and non-existent. It was on based on what the business needs were. That is fair, but many employee were strung along which created an environment of resentment. The Elevate product worked well sometimes, other times is was very poorly executed with customers. Elevate is definitely one of the more expensive options in the EdTech market and most schools just didn't have the money to pay. Cross-departmental collaboration was non-existent as well which created many issues and barriers. Elevate management was always over-promising and under-delivering. It's actually comical how nobody believed anything coming out of management's mouths haha. Whether it was promotions, company plans, benefits (which were god awful), Elevate simply never delivered.
