Pros

Enough of big talks and meets

Cons

Let me break this down real quick: Elevate K12 is a mess. I’m not here to sugarcoat anything. Here’s what really went down: Sudden Layoffs with No Warning: They straight-up kicked people out with no heads-up, no time to prepare, nothing. One day you're working, the next day you're out, and they don’t even have the decency to explain why. They don’t care about their people—point blank. Management just intends to make more. Biased Management admits the leadership is biased. aware that they’re playing favorites, but won’t do a damn thing about it! How are you gonna lead a company and let people get away with straight-up discrimination like that? Forced After Layoff – No Benefits: Oh, and after they let folks go? No bonus no incentive no lay off benefits. guess what? They Senior Management didn’t deliver. So now, not only are people jobless, but they’re left hanging without the Bonus and money. That’s foul. Bosses Keep Their Drinking Buddies: It’s all about who you know in this company. The bosses protect their drinking buddies and favorites while the real hard workers get pushed aside. If you ain’t sync the right people, you’re invisible. That’s the reality. Fake Reviews All Over the Place: Let me tell you, most of the positive reviews you see about this company? They’re fake. Management has been pushing the team to write glowing reviews to cover up the real anomaly happening behind closed doors. Straight-up lies. This company is a joke. Elevate K12 doesn’t care about its employees, and they sure as hell don’t care about fairness. The favoritism, the lack of respect, the fake culture—it’s toxic as hell. You’re better off staying far away from this fire.
