      Pros

      The management team has really stepped up in recent months to put the company on the path to profitable growth, focus on the highest impact roadmap items, become an innovator in the industry, and collaboratively work together to do what is best for the business.

      Cons

      Sometimes the collaboration can slow down project pace, as too many people get involved in decision making. In general though, this does not inhibit the ability to get stuff done.

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
