      Pros

      I have worked across various industries and with various people during my 24 years in the workforce and this company is by far the best work experience I have had. The people are smart and fantastic always willing to help; pay is higher than industry average and the work is rewarding and something you can be proud to tell friends and family you do.

      Cons

      I do not necessarily have cons more so warning. The company is still a startup, so it is fast paced, and changes happen all the time. Some would look at this as I con but I do enjoy the challenge that it brings.

      I can't think of a single one. It was an easy gig to get?

      Cons

      Based in India and operated according to Indian corporate norms. That should be enough to drive anyone away. It's an absolute farce of a company. They want to pay minuscule amounts of money for high-quality curriculum. The curriculum writer is, effectively, an instructional designer with full teaching qualifications and teaching experience (often in multiple states), but the pay is absolute garbage. The systems are also incredibly confusing because no one seems to want to pay for a workable, user-friendly interface.
