I've been with ElevenLabs for 7 months and I can attest the team is fantastic to work with. Highly collaborative group, with great remote flexibility. As a startup, the benefits are great as well such as 401k, good health insurance, etc. Amazing founders, and intelligent hard working people. Highly recommend!

High inbound volume, name carries weight with customers

Cons

Pay is below market and equity for GTM is basically nothing Sales is treated like a necessary evil, you feel it constantly Comp plans expect a never ending stream of hype that will fall apart at the first bump in the road Agents product is falling behind and models are commoditizing fast
