-AI leadership with research, building our own models and shipping innovative features, fast -Low ego, hard working and collaborative culture to get things done, the right way -Strong funding/investors, revenue and financials

Cons

-Buckle up! If you are not ready for (and love) the blazing speed of AI technology, and a rapid internal pace, this is probably not a fit for you.

Cons

Pay is below market and equity for GTM is basically nothing Sales is treated like a necessary evil, you feel it constantly Comp plans expect a never ending stream of hype that will fall apart at the first bump in the road Agents product is falling behind and models are commoditizing fast
