Pros

Management was pretty hands off and let you take ownership of your work. They initially offered remote work 1 day a week, and fairly flexible hours, but that was taken away.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of responsibility they wanted to put on you. Interview process included SEVEN different phone interviews, many of which were with people who seemed bored to be talking with you. Training was chaotic and pretty useless. Due to petty office politics, they decided to take away our work from home benefits right when COVID started. Then when COVID hit the recruiting team had to assist in laying off tens of thousands of employees, and then we were laid off ourselves with less than 24 hours notice. Would not recommend.

Pros

We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

Cons

The location in which I worked didn't mandate breaks or lunches. Overworked

Pros

M-F day shift. Great employees. Wonderful clients to work for.

Cons

Words cannot describe what a terrible corporate culture this is!upper mgmt is controlling, manipulative and just terrible at this job, and somehow backed up by upper management?? Due to mgmt lack of follow through, broken promises, late billing and unprofessionalism, they lost our account. The way they are handling it is nothing short of immature - holding reports from the client and not returning emails, etc. Please think twice before applying here (especially if you're client likes you and not them!) I'm 100 percent relieved and elated to be done with this laughable company. On a positive note: The trainers and support staff are amazing and responsive professionals.
